Scope of Works

This RAMS covers all excavation and trenching activities for the installation of foul and surface water drainage on the Manchester Northern Gateway development, Phase 2.

Works include:
• Excavation to depths of up to 3.5 metres
• Trench support and shoring systems
• Pipe laying and backfilling
• Reinstatement of surfaces

Duration: Approximately 6 weeks
Location: Plots 45-68, Northern Gateway Development

Review all identified hazards and control measures
Ensure the method statement is appropriate for site conditions
Verify PPE requirements are suitable
