3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others

3.2 Harmful Content

• Upload, share, or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Post content that is defamatory, threatening, harassing, or abusive
• Share obscene, pornographic, or otherwise offensive material
• Discriminate against individuals based on protected characteristics

3.3 Security Violations

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data
• Circumvent or disable security features
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorisation
• Intercept or monitor data not intended for you
• Share your login credentials with unauthorised persons

3.4 System Abuse

• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers without permission
• Overload or disrupt our infrastructure
• Interfere with other users' access or enjoyment
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Bypass usage limits or subscription restrictions

3.5 Commercial Misuse

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform
• Use the platform to provide services to third parties without our consent
• Compete with Site Samurai using information obtained from the platform
• Scrape data for commercial purposes

4. Content Standards

All content uploaded to the platform must:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Be owned by you or properly licensed
• Not infringe third-party rights
• Comply with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Not contain false or fraudulent information

5. Data Protection Obligations

When using the platform to process personal data, you must:

• Comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
• Only upload personal data you are authorised to process
• Ensure appropriate legal basis for processing
• Not process special category data without proper safeguards
• Respond appropriately to data subject requests

6. Health & Safety Data

Given the nature of construction work, users must:

• Ensure RAMS and safety documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Not falsify incident reports or safety records
• Comply with CDM Regulations and HSE requirements
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality of incident investigations

7. User Accounts

• Each user must have their own account
• Account sharing is prohibited
• Administrators must manage user access appropriately
• Deactivate accounts promptly when employees leave
• Use strong, unique passwords
• Enable two-factor authentication where available

8. API Usage

If you use our API, you must:

• Keep API keys secure and confidential
• Not exceed rate limits
• Only use the API for purposes permitted by your subscription
• Not use the API to compete with Site Samurai
