AI That Shows Up On Site With Your Team

Problem: Paper diaries get lost. Photos pile up with no context. Weather surprises concrete pours at the worst time. Commercial blindspots cost margin before anyone notices. Outcome: Voice-first capture, daily AI briefings, a defensible photo timeline, and programme-aware weather risk — four tools that run on site and in the office, all on one Enterprise plan.

How It Works

Four features, each solving a real site problem. Together they give your team the information they need — when they need it — without extra admin.

  1. 1

    Voice-first site capture

Site agents and operatives hold a button and speak. The app transcribes and routes the note to the right record — diary entry, RFI, early warning, snag, variation, or timesheet note. Works offline; recordings queue on the device and flush automatically when signal returns. Idempotent processing means retried recordings never create a duplicate. A note recorded at 09:00 and synced at 17:00 is still filed to 09:00.

  2. 2

    Daily AI briefing

At 07:00 every morning (time is configurable per user), each team member receives a personalised briefing built from their live project data. A site agent sees today's programme activities, weather risk, and open safety items. A QS sees variations awaiting approval and applications overdue for certification. All content is filtered by the user's RBAC permissions — nothing leaks across roles or projects.

  3. 3

    Photo geotag timeline

Every photo uploaded to a project is placed on a map and a day-bucketed chronological timeline. Photos taken on a mobile device include GPS coordinates automatically. Existing photos with GPS metadata in the EXIF data are placed on the map without any rework. Click a pin or a date to see the photo, who took it, what was being done, and any linked record. Designed for progress claims, dispute evidence, and variation justification.

  4. 4

    48-hour weather risk board

The weather risk board cross-references the 48-hour forecast against your live programme activities. Concrete pours, crane and hoist lifts, roofing works, and excavation are flagged automatically when temperature, wind speed, or rainfall breaches your configurable thresholds. Risk flags appear in the briefing email and on the project weather tab so site agents and PMs can make the call in advance — not on the day.

Features That Move The Needle

Built for high-stakes construction workflows: deadlines, compliance, and audit trails.

Offline voice capture

Site notes survive poor signal — no data lost between recording and sync.

RBAC-filtered briefings

Every team member gets the briefing relevant to their role — no information overload, no blind spots.

GPS photo timeline

Every photo becomes a dated, located piece of evidence without extra effort from the team.

Programme-aware weather risk

Weather flags relate to real programme activities — not generic forecasts that need interpreting.

Idempotent voice processing

Retried recordings are never processed twice — safe to send again from a spotty connection.

Configurable briefing time

Set each user's briefing to arrive when they need it — earlier for site starts, later for office-based roles.

Configurable weather thresholds

Set your own temperature minimums, wind limits, and rainfall multipliers to match your project types.

All in one Enterprise plan

No per-user or per-minute charges — all four features are included with every Enterprise subscription.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions teams ask before they book a demo.

Yes. The mobile app queues recordings locally when signal drops and flushes them automatically when connected. Our backend uses idempotent request IDs so nothing duplicates even if a recording is retried multiple times. Captured-at timestamps are preserved, so a note recorded at 09:00 gets filed to 09:00 even if it syncs at 17:00.
Audio is uploaded to our secure UK-region storage (DigitalOcean Spaces, London region). Transcriptions are stored as part of the record they belong to — diary entry, RFI, and so on. Raw audio is retained for 30 days for re-processing, then deleted automatically.
Each briefing is built from your permissions and the projects you are active on. A site foreman sees today's programme schedule, weather risk, and open safety items. A QS sees commercial flags — variations awaiting approval and applications overdue for certification. Platform admins see everything they have access to. Nothing is shown to a user that their RBAC role does not permit.
We use Open-Meteo, a research-grade forecast API with accuracy comparable to the UK Met Office. We cross-reference the 48-hour forecast against your live programme activities and apply your organisation's configurable thresholds — temperature minimum, wind speed limit, and rainfall multiplier — so flags are relevant to your specific project types.
Yes. Every photo already uploaded to the platform appears on the timeline. Photos with GPS metadata in the EXIF data — typically photos taken on a smartphone — are automatically placed on the map. New photos uploaded from the mobile app include coordinates automatically. Photos without location data still appear on the chronological timeline.
The AI Suite is included with every Enterprise plan. There are no per-user charges and no per-minute charges for voice processing. Contact sales for Enterprise plan pricing tailored to your team size and project count.
