How these dates are worked out
- Interim Valuation Dates run monthly: the first not more than one month after the date of possession, then the same date each month or the nearest Business Day.
- Contract particulars amend these periods routinely — check yours before relying on the defaults.
- The Construction Act counts calendar days. These dates are not shifted for weekends or bank holidays unless your contract says they are.
