Construction Payment Schedule Calculator (UK)
Build a whole contract payment schedule: every valuation date, due date, payment notice deadline, pay less deadline and final date for payment under JCT, NEC4 or the Scheme. Export to Excel or your calendar.
Leave blank to use the standard-form default of 17 days. Contract particulars amend this routinely.

How these dates are worked out
- The Scheme applies where the contract has no compliant payment mechanism of its own.
- The due date is the later of 7 days after the end of the relevant period and the date you make your claim (paragraph 4).
- The Construction Act counts calendar days. These dates are not shifted for weekends or bank holidays unless your contract says they are.
- Scheme for Construction Contracts (England and Wales) Regulations 1998, Schedule Part II, paragraphs 4, 8, 9 and 10 — legislation.gov.uk/uksi/1998/649/schedule/part/II
- Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, Part II, ss.109–111 (as amended by the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009) — legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1996/53/part/II

No. The Construction Act counts calendar days and none of these standard forms shift a payment deadline for a non-working day. JCT moves an Interim Valuation Date to the nearest Business Day, but the day counts that run from it are calendar days. If your contract says otherwise, adjust the dates.
Yes. The "Add to Calendar" button downloads an .ics file with an all-day entry for every due date, payment notice deadline, pay less deadline and final date for payment in the schedule. It imports into Outlook, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar.
